Main PageGame-play Basics – Statistics

The four primary statistics determine the very basics of your character – how strong he is, how smart he is, etc. Each statistic partially describes your character and affects some of his or her actions.

BODY is a statistic that measures your character’s physical prowess and agility.
MIND is a statistic that measures your character’s mental capacity and intelligence.
SOUL is a statistics that measures your character’s spirit and willpower.
FATE is a statistic that measures how strongly the universe is looking out for you.

Each primary statistic has 3 talents associated with it.

BODY

Strength: How strong a character is.
Dexterity: How agile a character is.
Constitution: How sturdy a character is.

MIND

Intelligence: How smart a character is.
Wisdom: How wise a character is.
Cunning: How clever a character is.

SOUL

Presence: How imposing a character is.
Charm: How likeable a character is.
Drive: how motivated a character is.

FATE

Karma: How much a characters future is a product of their actions.
Luck: How much a characters future is decided by chance.
Destiny: How much a characters future is written in stone.

Secondary Statistics

Aside from primary statistics, all creatures have a set of statistics that represent their basic ability to deal and evade damage. These numbers are derivatives of your primary statistics. The secondary statistics are Melee Offense (MOv), Ranged Offense (ROv), Physical Defense (PRv), Magical Defense (MRv), Health (HP), and Adrenaline (Adr).

MOv measures how good you are at attacking in melee. It is derived by adding your Body and Soul Characteristics.

ROv (B+M): measures how good you are at attacking at range. It is derived by adding your Body and Mind Characteristics.

PRv measures how good you are at shrugging off physical damage. It is derived by adding your Soul and Fate Characteristics.

MRv measures how good you are at shrugging off magical damage. It is derived by adding your Mind and Fate Characteristics.

HP measures how much strain and fatigue you can take before you begin to take damage. It is derived by adding your Body and Fate Characteristics.

Adr is a pool of points used to perform various special abilities. It is derived by adding your Mind and Soul Characteristics.
